Sometimes it is not practical, cost-effective or acceptable to you or your client to send your green waste for off-site recycling.
This is where our nationwide mobile composting comes in. We can bring the equipment and expertise to your site, to shred and, if required, screen your green waste to produce compost or mulch that you can put back on the ground.
Since 1991 KPS has built an impressive list of clients for whom we provide these services. Schools and universities, private estates, business parks, landscape contractors, waste management companies and major construction firms are amongst the many customers who call on us year after year to manage their green waste.
Plant Delivered On-Site
Trommel Screen Self-Hire
As well as providing a fully operated service, we also rent our trommel screens on a self-hire basis.
We offer short or long term hire on our fleet of nine Doppstadt trommel screens.
Delivering the plant to your site and providing set-up and training on these simple to use machines.
Our mobile maintenance teams provide full on-site backup, and we are at the end of the phone to advise on how to get the best out of the machines.
A Cut Above the Rest
Shredding Service
Have a green waste pile that just keeps on growing? We will carry out a free site assessment and recommend the best way for you to manage your green waste.
In many cases, the first thing we will recommend is on-site shredding.
We arrive with a shredder to suit the waste in question – high-speed for general green waste or slow-speed for large roots and logs or where rubble contamination is present.
Our trained operatives will load the machine and leave you with a finely shredded product.
Improve the quality
Screening Service
As your shredded green waste composts and matures, you may wish to screen it to improve the consistency and quality of the final product.
We offer a screening service, with a skilled operator and loader along with two sizes of screening plant providing regular or high output. We also have a range of screen sizes depending on the product you require, from coarse mulch to fine soil improver.
